Your tasks:

Directly sell BG/MC/RG/MAT & KLEMM rigs and equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand to existing and new customers
Prospect, for new customers and liaise directly with our existing customers directly calling on and over the telephone to grow the overall sales of the complete Bauer product portfolio
Grow, improve and represent the Bauer brand through professional dealings with the industry as “the face of the brand” and to be a trusted advisor to our customers
Grow incremental sales beyond normal organic growth in a profitable way, of all products, including rental and used Bauer equipment for the operational benefit of BAUER equipment
Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Your profile:

Minimum 5 years of Bauer rig experience essential; MC / RTG / MAT / KLEMM experience is also helpful
While sales experience in capital equipment is ideal, product and piling operations experience where there was extensive customer contact would be considered, ideally with a strong Bauer background
Possessing a strong mechanical aptitude and an open, curious and teachable attitude is essential
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
Have excellent communication skills and a customer focused attitude
Have the right to work in Australia or meet the requirements to do so
Prepared to relocate on a local contract to Australia with a view to permanent residency if desired
Hold a full driving license recognizable in Australia
Have a flexible approach to the working day, a willingness to work out of hours and regularly travel around Australia & New Zealand as required to meet customers, prospects and develop relationships
